Since 2018 we have been active in a large number of appraisal processes, saving both insurers and insureds countless dollars. We have extensive experience in all aspects of the appraisal process, both in the role of appraiser as well as that of umpire.

Or you may just need an estimate of how much it will cost to restore the insured to pre-loss conditions. We use cutting-edge technology in the field to photograph, test, and measure the site and estimate the extent of the loss, so that our clients can take a position that is firm and evidence-based in discussion with their insureds. We access the most current databases (Xactimate and Symbility) to draw up a scope of the loss and give both parties a well-balanced idea of the costs of repair.
Insurance Policy Analysis
Insurance policies can be long, dense documents, and can vary greatly from company to company. At times it becomes difficult for policy holders to understand the implications of what is granted or excluded in a given policy. In these cases, our experts can step in to review and provide you actionable recommendations on what kind of coverage can be extended based on a given policy.

Many property insurance policies involve a “code upgrade” or “code compliance” clause, which allots a portion of the payment for new building components required by code when rebuilding part of the structure.
